Admission Requirements
Learner’s Birth Certificate
A certified copy of the learner’s birth certificate.
Latest School Report
The learner’s most recent report from their current school.
Parent / Guardian ID Document
A copy of the parent’s or legal guardian’s identification document.
Transfer Documents
(if applicable)
Transfer documentation from the learner’s previous school may be required.
Proof of Residence
A recent proof of residential address, preferably not older than three months.

You are welcome to enquire at any time of the year. Placement will depend on available space and the most suitable learning pathway for your child.
Are mid-year admissions possible?
Mid-year admission may be possible depending on space, grade level and your child’s circumstances. Our admissions team will discuss the transition with you before confirming placement.
Is there an entrance assessment?
Not every learner requires an assessment. For certain grades or circumstances, we may recommend a short assessment or conversation to help us understand your child’s learning needs and determine the best way to support them.
What learning pathways does ECA offer?
ECA serves learners from Pre-School (18 months+) through to Grade 12. Grades 1–7 learn on campus, while our High School learners follow flexible online pathways through leading learning partners, with support at ECA towards recognised matric options.
